轻触开关焊接技术教学知识点

一、轻触开关手工焊接快盈V1：请按以下条件进行焊接：

(1) 焊锡温度：≤350℃ ；

(2) 连续焊接时间：≤3 s

快盈V1Hand soldering：Please practice according to below conditions:

快盈V1(1) Soldering temperature: 350℃ Max.

(2) Continuous soldering time: 3 s Max.

二、轻触开关自动焊接

快盈V1在使用的情况下自动焊接

快盈V1(1)预热 →150℃ ~ 175℃, 40 ~ 80 sec

快盈V1(2)峰值温度→260℃ (max)

(3)焊接区温度→260℃, 1 ~ 4 sec.

(4)焊接次数。

(5)高温后性能衰变值±20%

快盈V1Automatic soldering：In case the automatic flow soldering is to be used

（1）Preheat -------------- 150℃ ~ 175℃, 40 ~ 80 sec

快盈V1（2）Peak temperature ----- 260℃ (max)；

（3）Soldering area temperature ------ 260℃, 1 ~ 4 sec

（4）Allowable Frequency Of Soldering Process ------ 1 time

（5）After high temperature,the decay data about perfarmance will be±20%
